Another subject that I write about is depression, and the different types of depression. This is of epidemic proportions in our society today, and all too frequently the medications prescribed for these problems, create more problems than they solve.

There are a lot of clever tricks to catering for a raw food diet, and if this is something you would like to learn more about then it is well to get hold of some more information that can fill you in on the details.

Remember key points to keep in mind when juicing, organic is best, and fresh is vital (freshly picked out of the garden is perfect, and second best try farmers markets!).
